Challenges.

• Bats were present on the site, but sucessfully relocated using a purpose built bat box.
• Two blocks were in close proximity to neighbouring house, this required careful planning resulting in hand demolition to reduce these buildings in height to allow safe mechanical demolition.

The site was regualrly inspected to ensure all operations were progressing safely. The site was also audited as part of the membership requirements of "Considerate Constructors" acheiving and great overall score. Our congratulations go to the site team.
